Cannot forward message to external address by MS Outlook Inbox rule

Hi all,

I'm using MS Outlook 2010 , Exchange 2013 CU7 , I want to set a rule like :
If abc@gmail.com send a message to me@mydomain.com then forward it to xyz@gmail.com

I set a rule in MS Outlook :

But it didn't work , me@mydomain.com received message from abc@gmail.com but xyz@gmail.com didn't receive any message , abc@gmail.com and me@domain.com didn't get any error message from server. This is log

However , it works fine if I set a rule on mail flow server ECP

Can I make it work by MS Outlook Inbox rule somehow ?
