I have an Exchange server 2013 which created a shared mailbox and includes two users with permission to send as. But any user can not send the message (the message is in the outbox of the user). If I remove the Send As permission, the user receives an
error that is not allowed but if I leave the send as permission, the user receives no error message, the message is not sent and remains in the outbox.
I tried setting using powershell or EAC and it was the same result.
