Team,
All user from one particular Database of Exchange server 2007 are not able to view their mail items in their mailbox – only calendar items are visible.
Users are able to view their mail items on Blackberry devices but not on Outlook or OWA.
Steps taken till now:
- Moved two mailboxes to this DB and found that the same issue was replicated on these two mailboxes as well.
- Moved one of the two mailboxes out of the affected DB to a DB on a different server but the issue was not resolved
- Moved a few customer mailboxes off the affected DB to a DB on a different server but the issue persists – mail items previous to moving the mailbox are not visible, though new mail items are visible and mail flow is working as of now.
