Guide for EOP for Exchange 2010 SP3

Hi, looking to setup Exchange Online Protection EOP for my on premise Exchange 2010 SP3 DAG.

I'm find that all the official Microsoft guides and even blogs and such are all geared for either Exchange 2013 on-premise or Exchange online.

Anyone have a really good guide for Exchange 2010 on premise?
