We are being targeted by Microsoft...

As a valid user of several Microsoft services, such as Azure, MSDN, Volume Licensing, etc. I expect to have some degree of clout with MS. However this is not the case.

Today we were blacklisted by Microsoft, whats worse is that their removal system does not work. I have filled out the form but apparently (according to the vague response)"Our investigation has determined that the above IP(s) do not qualify for mitigation."

They do not provide a reason why, they do not provide data on how to remove yourself or how to fix the underlying issue, they just shut the door on your through their automated systems.This is absurd.

Whats worse, is that in the email I received it says: "To have Deliverability Support investigate further, please reply to this email with a detailed description of the problem you are having, including specific error messages, and an agent will contact you."

Okay, thats fine... I'll do that... After sending the response in a reply email guess what happens.... THEY BLOCK THAT EMAIL TOO. It's like some kind of cruel joke, asking for a response in an email and then blocking the response itself. Seriously Microsoft? This is ABSURD. You are doing damage to valid customers. 

Long story short, any customer of ours who sends us an email expecting a reply will not receive one because Microsoft has taken it upon themselves to decide which emails come through their servers (through outlook.com), not their customers. Can ANYONE help?
