Hi,
we are just about to implement Exchange 2013, coming from a generic Postfix+Cyrus IMAP mailserver setup.
Now I am heavily missing a feature that was standard for me for decades:
A possibility to directly send a mail into a folder / subfolder of a mailbox via SMTP.
Isnt that possible by Exchange?
What I want to use it for?
Our e-mail archiving system has a source mailbox with a subfolder for each user in it. If a mail comes in for user1@company.com it should be bcc'ed to import.user1@company.com where "import" is a mailbox and user1 is a folder.
I cant use e-mail enabled modern public folders here, as they are not accessible by IMAP anymore and the e-mail archiving tool wants to import by IMAP.
Thanks a lot for any help,
Matthias
